3. Information Regarding the Subject of the Application Please state clearly and unambiguously which right you wish to exercise. Example application subjects:

I want to know whether my personal data is processed or not. I request information regarding my processed personal data. I request the correction of my incomplete or incorrectly processed data. I want my personal data to be deleted / destroyed. I request notification of the third parties to whom my data has been transferred. I object to a result against me arising from analysis by automated systems. I request compensation for the damage I suffered due to unlawful processing.

4. Explanation of the Request For your application to be evaluated quickly and soundly, it is recommended that you write the explanation regarding your request in detail. If any, attaching relevant documents and records to the application will be helpful. For example:

the date of the contact form subject to the application, the date of the e-mail sent to us, the approximate time of the relevant phone call, information such as which data the request is related to will facilitate the evaluation of the application.

Note: Notifications received over the phone may not be considered an official application according to the legislation. Therefore, it is recommended that your requests be submitted in writing or via e-mail.

6. Application Subject Line It is recommended to write the following phrase in the subject section of your applications: “Information Request / Application under KVKK”

7. Evaluation Process Applications submitted to us are evaluated and finalized as soon as possible, depending on their nature, and within the periods stipulated in the legislation. If deemed necessary, additional information and documents may be requested for identity verification purposes.

8. Security and Identity Verification In order to determine that the applications belong to the right person and to prevent unauthorized access to personal data by third parties, additional confirmation or documents may be requested when necessary. Applications for which sufficient verification cannot be made may not be processed.

9. Notification of the Result The result of your application will be notified to you in written or electronic format, depending on the nature of your request.
